Here’s what you’ll do

  • Troubleshoot and identify solutions for software and hardware issues
  • Take care of IT equipment and its procurement
  • Track equipment status (laptops, mobile phones, etc…) and provide timely supply as per defined needs
  • Track technical onboarding of new and offboarding of former employees: 
    • Configure OS
    • Open/close email accounts
    • Open/close Slack/Bitbucket/Jira/Confluence accounts
    • Guide how to set up backup
    • Onboard users to work with internal applications and systems
    • Add/remove users from various licenses
  • Track additional individual budgets for employees and suggest the right choice of equipment according to their needs
  • Create and maintain guidelines for internal users and educate them about their implementation

You'll be successful in this role if you

  • Have previous experience working in IT support or similar roles
  • Enjoy helping people by successfully resolving technical issues 
  • Value analytical and responsible approach to work
  • Excel in time-management and organizational skills
  • Are able to convey technical concepts and recommendations to non-technical people
  • Have a high interest in IT and keeping up with the latest trends 
  • Have solid English language skills

A plus is if you also have

  • Experience working with Mac OS and Linux
  • Experience working with Zoom, Gong, G Suite, Slack, Microsoft O365, Atlassian, Miro, OpenVPN
  • Experience in network troubleshooting
