To support our continued growth, we’re seeking a whip-smart, solutions-oriented IT Support Engineer to serve as our in-house technical expert, supporting employee end-users. 

This hybrid role is an exciting opportunity to join our Brooklyn-based team during a period of ambitious growth, which we anticipate will lead to further expansion and the opportunity to make an increasingly significant impact, as we bring the benefits of AI to every person on earth.  

As IT Support Engineer, you will: 

  • Procure and maintain for IT equipment and infrastructure, including inventorying and issuing company collateral. 

  • Participate in the evaluation, selection, implementation and optimization of enterprise software solutions, ensuring alignment with our existing tech stack and scalability as the organization evolves. 

  • Set up and support user accounts and system access.  

  • Triage and troubleshoot technical issues, providing high-quality service and support to Microblink employees. 

  • Support new employee onboarding & orientation, as well as offboarding of departing employees. 

  • Develop and maintain training materials and process documentation.
