To support our continued success, we’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager to enable sales and drive value from products within Microblink's Identity suite. You will work at the intersection of Product, Sales, Support, Design and Marketing and will regularly work with these departments to drive the growth of our range of solutions in the Identity space.

Here’s what you’ll do

  • Craft and implement go-to-market strategies for Identity products
  • Understand customer journey while working with product and sales teams to develop positioning and messaging that is consistently applied within all content
  • Immerse yourself in customer discovery, defining use cases, monitoring the competitive landscape, tracking emerging trends and identifying opportunities for innovative features and functionality
  • Collaborate with demand generation to determine the type of advertising and marketing content for targeted segments
  • Develop a strategic marketing calendar that highlights messaging themes across different segments
  • Track performance in coordination with demand generation to work on improvements 
  • Develop cross-functional stakeholder relationships to align goals, content and launch plans to drive the adoption of our products
  • Generate excitement about what our products offer, transform complex technologies into simple stories and value propositions that are easy to understand and relevant to targeted audiences

You'll be successful in this role if you

  • Have 3+ years of experience in a product-centric role, preferably in product marketing for a B2B tech company
  • Have experience in developing engaging and compelling presentations, stunning demos, and persuasive sales tools and collateral
  • Have exceptional planning, project management and analytical abilities
  • Are an active listener with excellent emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations and personality types 
  • Have high standards, a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement in pursuit of excellence
  • Can recognize customer, sales, and executive communication needs
  • Have the ability to work closely and develop a strong relationship with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Are familiar with core tools in our tech stack - Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach, Rollworks, Drift, Chilipiper, and more
  • Are a creative thinker that can initiate and execute innovative marketing ideas
  • Are a team player with a positive, can-do attitude
