We know our technology is only as good as our team, so to support our continued success, we’re looking for a founding Senior Client Success Manager to drive revenue growth by delivering a world-class, white-glove customer experience to Microblink’s MVCs - Most Valuable Customers. This is a high-impact, business critical role, serving at the confluence of engineering, product and sales, working in partnership with international teams based in Croatia and the Philippines. 

As a Senior Client Success Manager, you will: 

  • Serve as founding member of the Client Success team for the Commerce business unit, working with senior leadership to establish core processes for optimizing the Client experience for enterprise accounts. 

  • Cultivate enduring relationships with customers as a post-sales account concierge and strategic advisor, leveraging deep understanding of our customers’ business operations to ensure they derive maximum value from our products. 

  • Demonstrate and discuss the capabilities of Microblink’s Purchase Data tools, driving adoption, utilization, retention and upsell opportunities, ensuring customers are empowered to use them to their best effect. 

  • Influence product development and go-to-market strategies by serving as the voice of the customer, soliciting feedback, identifying and articulating their priorities and advocating for features and functionality to meet them.

You might be right for us if you:

  • Are a seasoned  steward of the client/customer experience with 5+ years of experience as a strategic partner to enterprise level accounts in the CPG, Retail and/or Consumer Research/Insights space. 

  • Are an ambitious, achievement-oriented intrapreneur with demonstrated success in driving growth and retention, shipping products that  break the boundaries between what’s been done and what’s only been dreamt of. 

  • Are polished and professional, skilled in providing concierge style service to high-value customers with even higher expectations.

  • Have a bias to action with a high risk tolerance and thrive in a culture of innovation, where ideation, experimentation and iteration are encouraged.

  • Have experience working in Salesforce and/or Gainsight
