In just eight years, Microblink has transformed from start-up into a global smart-growth company creating seamless and secure digital experiences that bring the benefits of AI to every person on earth.
Our Digital Identity tools optimize trust in online interactions, including travel, financial transactions, e-commerce and employee onboarding.
We know our technology is only as good as our team, so to support our continued growth, we’re looking for a creative, curious and highly ambitious senior product leader to deliver a world-class self-service experience for our customers.
This hybrid, Brooklyn-based role is inherently cross-functional, working collaboratively with international teams in Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
As a Senior Growth Product Manager, you will:
Define and align strategy for Microblink’s developer and partner hubs - from conception through execution - by creating roadmaps, identifying and prioritizing requirements & resources, outlining specifications & scope of work and driving results against ambitious timelines.
Immerse yourself in customer discovery, by defining use cases, monitoring the competitive landscape, tracking emerging trends and identifying opportunities for innovative features and functionality that deliver value.
Optimize product performance to drive adoption, optimize utilization, retain customers, maximize recurring revenue and propel profitability.
Develop hypotheses, success metrics & KPIs, run experiments, analyze data, and make improvements to core machine learning models, measuring how each iteration impacts revenue.
You might be right for us if you:
Are an ambitious, achievement-oriented intrapreneur with 4+ years of experience driving product growth in a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS organization, shipping disruptive products that break the boundaries between what’s been done and what’s only been dreamt of.
Are excited about the potential inherent in artificial intelligence and data-intensive, machine learning enabled solutions
Have a bias to action with a high risk tolerance and thrive in a culture of innovation, where ideation, experimentation and iteration are encouraged.
Are an organized and analytical systems thinker with exceptional technical writing skills.
Have high standards, a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement in pursuit of excellence.
We might be right for you, if you’re looking for:
An opportunity to make a big impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, global tech company.
A high-performance, people-first culture with outstanding leadership that recognizes and rewards success and supports professional development via knowledge sharing, internal training and a dedicated budget to support professional development.
A team of motivated, open-minded professionals who welcome innovative ideas and initiatives to advance the organization.
A highly autonomous, hybrid work environment that empowers employees to achieve their ideal work/life integration.
An excellent Total Rewards package, including a base salary of $160-210k, a generous bonus structure, outstanding health benefits, unlimited PTO you can actually use and equity in a company that is already profitable.
