We know our technology is only as good as our team, so to support our continued growth, we’re looking for a creative, curious and highly ambitious senior product leader to deliver a world-class self-service experience for our customers. 

This hybrid, Brooklyn-based role is inherently cross-functional, working collaboratively with international teams in Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. 

As a Senior Growth Product Manager, you will: 

  • Define and align strategy for Microblink’s developer and partner hubs - from conception through execution - by creating roadmaps, identifying and prioritizing requirements & resources, outlining specifications & scope of work and driving results against ambitious timelines. 

  • Immerse yourself in customer discovery, by defining use cases, monitoring the competitive landscape, tracking emerging trends and identifying opportunities for innovative features and functionality that deliver value. 

  • Optimize product performance to drive adoption, optimize utilization, retain customers, maximize recurring revenue and propel profitability.

  • Develop hypotheses, success metrics & KPIs, run experiments, analyze data, and make improvements to core machine learning models, measuring how each iteration impacts revenue.
