To support our continued success, we’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to bring form and function to our recruiting operations as we build a team that brings the benefits of AI to every person on earth. 

This Brooklyn-based role is inherently cross-functional and cross-cultural, working collaboratively with Hiring Managers in Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success (and more!) in the US, Croatia and the Philippines.

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

  • Develop and deploy a best-in-class, full-cycle recruiting process from the ground up, owning both operations and execution at each stage, from requisition opening through new employee onboarding.  

  • Serve as a consultative partner to Hiring Managers and other internal stakeholders around talent strategy, forecasting, hiring plans, and best-practices in social scouting, sourcing and selection. 

  • Develop foundational resources, including employer branding and recruitment marketing collateral, interview guides and candidate scorecards.

  • Deliver an elegant, highly-engaging candidate experience marked by high-touch, transparent communication, maintaining a pipeline of highly-qualified candidates.  

  • Optimize outcomes by leveraging technology, including identifying, implementing and/or integrating new tools, as well as establishing and evaluating data-driven performance metrics.
